Alcohol and Sport - a bad combination though it is just a weekend and you will have fun;)
It Was a great day for my back to work today, feeling better but takes time after my accident;) it's the weekend and party "no" of course not for me! But would like to point to drink with alchol is not ok, here are some things I have been informed of, has written a little what happens in the body! for me training tomorrow and of course dont forget to have smile on your face and have fun White your training;)

Alcohol and sports do not mix. If you want to perform well in terms of sport , the last thing you should do to drink alcohol, sports results are namely much worse if you have been drinking. In addition, the body take a beating if you practice the day after you have been drinking alcohol , even if you are feeling energetic.
When you have been drinking alcohol affect performance negatively, particularly while the alcohol is still in your body. Tests have shown that athletic performance becomes worse when you have been drinking alcohol. If you have a major sports performance scheduled should therefore abstain from alcohol for several days before to cope technique and endurance.
Dangerous for hjärtatHar man drinking a lot , it can also be damaging to train the next day, especially for the heart. In massive effort , which at various endurance sports , one can get a real low blood sugar and get drowsy or , at worst, unconscious.
As a förkylningAtt train with alcohol in the body can be compared to having a cold. You can not take so much and get faster lactic acid. Alcohol also makes the blood circulation to the skin increases , so the blood goes there instead of to musklerna.Alkohol is also a diuretic . When the body becomes dehydrated fluid taken from the muscles to be used for more important organs, and a dehydrated muscle may be more prone to injury.
Influenced long since you practice the day after drinking impaired sports performance. Even at 0.3 per thousand deteriorate the performance of a 100 - meter runner with up to 10 percent. A high jumper can jump as much as 15 centimeters lower than he or she would do without alcohol in the body and a football player can get 25 to 40 percent worse performance as late as 22 hours after alcohol intake. So you can be affected even though you do not feel affected . In addition, resting heart rate higher than normal blood sugar drops and you become angry and tired. The training is simply less effektiv.Med other words - are you performing at your best , you should not drink alcohol during training .
