Before training I helped an elderly lady up the stairs :)
The body feels good and the back was super good today when I trained and I helped an elderly lady up the stairs before I could work out, sometimes you have to help the older people, everyone gets older sometime in life :)
Before training, I was sick tired so then it became useful sugar in the stomach before, today it's a little short on sugar that I've learned today, do not forget to smile when you training:)

Does it help to eat sugar during the workout and after?
Yes and no. If you feel tired sugar can give an extra energy boost. It causes blood sugar levels to rise and hence the brain receives new energy. The effect would depend inter alia on the sugar concentration and on what you have eaten earlier in the day. If you drink sugar water fasting blood glucose increase within 10-15 minutes. If the sugar is consumed as solid food, it can take up to an hour before it gets any effect.
But the rapid effect sugar provides is short-lived and can provide setbacks. For when the amount of glucose increases also stimulate the production of insulin, which is quite as quickly reduces the amount of sugar in the blood. This means that in the long run may actually be even more tired than before you ate the sugar. This effect is avoided, however, if you eat sugar during a physical activity. When working against various hormones decrease of blood sugar.
Sugar thus provides energy, but neither faster or more energy from sugar than from other carbohydrate-rich foods. Baked potatoes and bread, for example, the same effect and actually seems faster than sugar.
