Why should I have off from training sometimes ?

The fact is that we achieve results easier if we rest enough. If you have poor recovery after training dryers body can not perform at your best the next time you practice. Proper amount of rest is very important for you to achieve the results you want. During sleep the body repairs the damage received muscles during exercise , and makes them stronger. Without rest - no strong muscles .

Having a an entire week with light training is a great way to ensure that your body gets the rest it needs . One day the rest here and one day rest there is not enough in the long run , but a whole week with several days of rest and light exercise is good for us all. One need not stop exercising completely for a recovery this week , but you can train calmer. I may run some jogging , but it then goes into a much calmer pace than otherwise. Strength training with much lighter weights than otherwise, at a slower pace . Maybe someone walk if I feel like it. But most of all just try to rest in order to recover the body . Rest, rest, rest . Try not to strain the body as much in a week . I also think it is good to rest from training occasionally to start longing for it again. One week without training , I know that makes me more eager than before to practice .
