What a kick it was today!

Trained and felt that I want to give more iron today, plus before I took my coffee with a little cream, which was an extra kick today and my back and exercises was super good today, just because I knew the back;)
 
 
 
 
 
Is coffee good for your muscles?
 
 
 
Athletes have for many years been drinking coffee for a stimulant caffeine kick. A new study now shows that caffeine also increases the strength of the thigh muscles, and thus probably in the entire body.

In a study from Georgia State University in the United States became the subjects' thigh muscles both 7 percent stronger and 14 percent more durable than participants in the control group who did not adopt the caffeine. The researchers believe that the effect is due to central nervous system becomes better at sending signals to the muscles when the body ingests caffeine.

How much caffeine is needed is not clear, but evidence suggests that it required 3-6 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight for strength should increase. This is equivalent to 2-4 cups of strong coffee. So much coffee at once is indigestible for the stomach. And caffeine tablets can provide both sweating and increased heart rate. The method is therefore not straightforward.
